What primary services do you offer?
We build Tiny Home on Wheels and Tiny Home Cottages 399 sq. ft. and under on demand.
Our Village provides not only spots for those that we build, but are open for RV’ers who are in search of a quiet and safe place to park.
What are the rates of your services?
Rates vary for builds – depending on cost of materials which change every day since the beginning of Covid. Please contact us for an up-to-date quote.

What type of warranty do you provide (on custom work)?
We provide a 1-year Limited Warranty on our builds. Warranty on any appliances should be purchased separately.
Are you licensed and insured?
We have an LLC for Birches Creek Tiny Homes and Birches Creek Village and are also insured.
Where are you located?
We are located 6 miles outside of Jacksonville, TX on State Hwy 135 N in the community of Tecula.
What amenities do you provide at the Village?
Birches Creek Village is a continuous work in progress. There is a beautiful pond which will be stocked for catch and release fishing, a creek in the back that feeds into Birches Creek, there will be fire pits for those nice cool nights, a pavilion for spending time together outside by the pond, walking trails and many more amenities to come. Each spot will have a 20/30/50 electrical outlet, sewage and water connection, leveled spots to park your RV, Cottage or THOW.
What is the process to stay at Birches Creek Village?
Any one who stays at Birches Creek Village must complete and return the application and pay the $40 application fee. If you are an extended stay, you must also approve a background check, sign a lease and submit a deposit.
Can I tour a Birches Creek Tiny Home in person?
Yes. We do not have a huge inventory, but we do have a THOW and a Cottage in the near future you can tour by appointment.
When will prices go back down to pre-covid levels?
We do not foresee material prices going back down any time soon. Unfortunately the costs keep rising, so the sooner you order your tiny home the more cost effective it will be.
Do you offer financing?
No, but you can contact Bob Francis at Texas National Bank and he will be able to walk you through financing your home.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We offer the following discounts to Active Military and Veterans, Educators and First Responders
Land Lease – 10%, Tiny Home Builds – 5%
