We are Jay and Cindy Thompson. After becoming “empty nesters” and deciding to move back to our home in East Texas, we made the plunge into going tiny.
We took the dream of owning a THOW from design to completion and soon realized a need for others that share the same desire to simplify their lifestyle. Whether a THOW or a cottage, we wanted to be able to help others achieve their dream as well.

Jay
Jay has over 17 years of experience in producing marketing and training videos. Although he is still freelancing, he has redirected his path and is looking forward to jumping in the Tiny House movement. Over the past 20 years, he and Cindy have built, remodeled and flipped homes as a side hobby. Jay thrives on staying busy; whether it is with video production, working outside on the land or building something amazing.
Cindy
Cindy worked in the Accounting industry until she found her niche in Event Planning for Corporations. She and Jay have worked together not only in their personal lives, but in business as well. Ever since she first saw a tiny house, she has been obsessed with living tiny and making a smaller footprint. She is looking forward to bringing her event knowledge into the Village and bringing everyone together as a community.
